Terms of service

Plain terms for a plain process: an enquiry first, a written confirmation second, and verification before anything is filed.

1. Who we are and what we do

Windrose Private ("Windrose", "we") operates this website to introduce, coordinate and manage company-formation and related corporate services in the jurisdictions listed on this site. Windrose is not a registered agent, law firm or corporate service provider and does not itself incorporate companies. All formation filings and regulated corporate services are carried out by third-party registered agents, corporate service providers or law firms that are licensed and regulated in the relevant jurisdiction. Windrose acts as your single point of contact and manages the engagement with those providers on your behalf.

2. No legal or tax advice

Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax or investment advice, and does not create a professional relationship. You are responsible for your own tax and reporting obligations in every jurisdiction that applies to you, and should take independent advice where needed.

3. Engagement process

Submitting an engagement request through this site is an enquiry, not a contract. An engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fees to you in writing by email. All engagements are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and customer due diligence required by applicable anti-money-laundering law, and we may decline any engagement at our discretion.

4. Fees and payment

Fees shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. No payments are collected through this website; payment instructions are provided by email after your engagement is confirmed. Government fees and third-party charges may change without notice.

5. Timelines

Timelines shown are typical registry processing times and are not guaranteed. They run from completion of identity verification, and may be affected by registry workload, name availability and the completeness of information you provide.

6. Your obligations

You confirm that information you provide is accurate and complete, that you will not use any entity we help form for unlawful purposes, and that you will keep your entity in good standing, including annual renewals and any local filing or substance obligations.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website or any engagement is limited to the fees you paid to us for the engagement concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to Windrose Private. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
